We’re transforming how communities handle organic waste and reducing landfill waste by turning it into a resource that supports green jobs, cleaner neighborhoods, and sustainable farming.
- The Goal
To reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills and turn it into something valuable. Waste4Impact provides a cleaner, smarter alternative that supports waste reduction, circular farming, and environmental protection, all while creating jobs and improving local food systems.
How It Works
Collection
Organic waste is collected from registered homes and businesses
Tracking
Collections are recorded using the Zaidi App to track impact and locations.
Composting
Waste is processed using the Black Soldier Fly larvea into fertilizer and animal feed.
Impact
Less waste goes to landfills, more nutrients go back to the soil and farming gets better.

About
Ento Organic Farm Uganda utilizes Black Soldier Fly bio-technology to efficiently decompose organic waste, reduce landfill waste, and mitigate greenhouse gas emissions. From this, we produce organic fertilizer, and protein-rich feed for poultry, fish, and pigs.
