Our Impact
At Ento Organic Farm, impact isn’t just a goal, it’s built into everything we do.
By harnessing the natural power of Black Soldier Fly farming, we’re tackling some of the world’s most urgent challenges: food waste, unsustainable agriculture, and the need for affordable, eco-friendly protein.
👩🏾🌾 Empowering Communities
Through our out-grower model, we work closely with local farmers, entrepreneurs, and organizations to create jobs, support sustainable livelihoods, and build resilient food systems. Our model is scalable, accessible, and built with long-term social impact in mind.
📉 Cutting Carbon Emissions
By reducing the need for resource-intensive inputs and minimizing waste, our operations significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions. We’re proud to contribute to a more climate-smart agriculture and greener future.
🌍 Reducing Food Waste
Every day, we divert tons of organic waste from landfills, transforming it into something valuable instead of letting it go to waste. This reduces methane emissions, lowers environmental pollution, and contributes to a cleaner planet.
🐛 Producing Sustainable Protein
Our larvae provide a high-quality, natural protein alternative for animal feed, helping reduce reliance on fishmeal and soy which is costly. This supports sustainable animal feed production and profitable agribusiness.
🌱 Regenerating Soil Health
The byproduct of our farming process, known as frass, is a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer that helps farmers improve soil quality, increase crop yields, and reduce the use of synthetic inputs that are expensive.
